Cancellation Policy
In the event that the company changes or cancels the activity due to force majeure such as bad weather or sea conditions, customers can receive a refund or reschedule the activity.
If the customer fails to arrive at the designated time and place, it will be considered as the customer voluntarily forfeiting participation, and no refund will be provided.
If the customer does not disclose any health-related issues at the time of booking, resulting in inability to participate on the day of the activity, no refund will be provided.
If the customer interrupts the diving activity for personal reasons during the activity, it will be considered as voluntary forfeiture of participation, and no refund will be provided.
For customers participating in diving courses, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the course fee of ¥21,000.
In case of any disputes or situations that may endanger life safety, the company reserves the final decision on whether to permit the diving activity, including the right to modify, suspend, change, or terminate the activity at any time. Announcements on the company website shall prevail. Any other matters not covered will be handled according to the company's related regulations or interpretations.
